I offer specialist 12-week fertility nutrition programmes based on my experience of helping clients achieve the best results. We don’t just look at your nutrition, although that is key – we look at your whole self, including hormones, environmental factors and stress effects. There’s plenty we can do to help you and your partner optimise your egg and sperm quality.
12 weeks is the recommended minimum amount of time to prepare for pregnancy – it takes about 2.5 months to grow a sperm and it takes almost a year for a follicle in the ovary to develop into an egg ready for ovulation.
Changing your diet and lifestyle is challenging, however much you want the outcome! Plus this can be a time of anxiety so it’s good to know you have my support and focus to help you get there. Together we will navigate the step-by-step programme, with regular tweaks to keep you on track and motivated.
The programme enables us to be in contact every week; to review your progress, provide motivation, and to identify any changes and support you need to reach your goals.
Any supplements and tests required are not included in the price, because what you need will be so individual. However I don’t charge for my time in interpreting tests, writing reports or liaising with other medical professionals involved in your care.
After we have completed your programme we will review whether you will need support for your next stage. You may feel you have everything you need, or you may wish to put further support in place.
