There are plenty of dairy substitutes in the supermarket, but just take a look at the ingredients and nutritional information!  They often bear little nutritional resemblance to their dairy counterparts.

Join us for a fun and informative morning and learn how you CAN go dairy-free – healthily and enjoyably.

Course Details

Helen will show you how to make an incredibly realistic butter that you can use for all baking and cooking, an adaptable family-friendly cheese sauce, melty mozzarella, and parmesan. There will plenty of time for tips, chatting and tasting.

Then we’ll sit down to lunch together to enjoy a dairy-free meal using our new ingredients.

Goody Bag

You’ll take home recipes, information on where you can find the very few specialty ingredients, and lots of resources to further your adventures in dairy-free baking and cheese-making. Plus a mini starter kit so you can get started asap on creating your own butter and cheese.
